Esperanza - Los Cabos, Mexico
Managed by Auberge Resorts, Esperanza is a Casually Elegant, Oceanside Resort including a 50-suite hotel and a 60-unit private residence club. Esperanza is located within the Punta Ballena master planned community near Cabo San Lucas. Esperanza also offers world-class spa and dining facilities and is consistently rated one of the top hotels in Mexico by Condé Nast and Travel and Leisure. All units in the residence club were sold with total sales in excess of $130 Million. The Esperanza Hotel was sold to an outside investor group in late 2006 for a per-key price over $1.0 Million, or roughly $60 Million.
One Steamboat Place - Steamboat Springs, Colorado
A slope-side, ski-in/ski-out boutique condominium resort located next to the gondola at the base of Steamboat Mountain Ski Resort. The project began construction in late 2007 and welcomed its first owners in the spring of 2010. One Steamboat Place contains 80 residential units split between a 42-unit private residence club and 38 whole-ownership units. In addition to the best location on the mountain in Steamboat, the residence club offers members a spa, fine dining facilities, clubhouse and access to Lake Catamount; a private golf and fly-fishing club located outside of Steamboat Springs. Real estate sales to date exceed $130 Million.
Chileno Bay Resort and Residences - Los Cabos, Mexico
Chileno Bay Resort and Residences is Auberge Resort’s newest branded project in Cabo, located in the Chileno Bay master development in Cabo San Lucas (Los Cabos), Mexico. Chileno Bay brings a new, modern luxury experience to Los Cabos. The hotel is set on a protected cove with pristine reefs and tranquil waters. The resort stands apart for its clean, contemporary design, exceptional service and premier location on Cabo’s best beach. The resort, with 60 rooms and 32 private residences, opened in February of 2017. Amenities include full service spa, two distinct dining venues, state -of-the-art fitness and movement studio, H2O cave and activities center, kids club/teen club, theater, zero edge three tiered pool and access to the Chileno Bay Golf Club. With such high demand for the for-sale residences, phase II of the villa residences has already commenced and is anticipated to be complete in December 2018.
Castello di Casole - Tuscany, Italy
Located on over 5,000 acres of scenic Tuscan countryside, Castello di Casole is anchored by a hilltop compound that contains a 15th century villa, surrounded by a historic church, school and greenhouse. The property also contains vineyards, olive groves and a 1,200-acre game preserve. The main property was developed into a world- class boutique luxury hotel, accompanied by 20 historic dwellings renovated into luxury villas. The Castello di Casole Hotel was opened in the summer of 2012 and was rated the #1 resort in Europe in 2013 and 2014 by Travel and Leisure. To date, total sales revenue from real estate is in excess of $90 Million.
The Preserve at Botany Bay – St Thomas
Encompassing nearly the entire west-end of the island of St. Thomas, USVI, Botany Bay is a lushly vegetated, 400-acre property with commanding ocean views and beach front access. The property is currently under development and at completion will offer a beach club and approximately 80 residential home sites. Infrastructure continues to grow as lots continue to sell.
The Rocks - Scottsdale, Arizona
Located in Scottsdale, AZ, the Rocks is a boutique, 40-unit private member-owned residence club. The Rocks includes an elegant clubhouse and privileged access to Troon Golf’s eight area golf courses, as well as numerous other award-winning courses in the Scottsdale area. The project is fully developed and completely sold out, generating sales in excess of $70 Million.
The Grace Bay Club - Turks and Caicos
Located on Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, the Grace Bay Club consists of a 22-suite, five-star hotel and 60 luxury villas that were developed in two distinct phases. The Grace Bay Club also offers Oceanfront casual and fine dining options, a luxury spa and the Infinity Bar. Both phases of luxury villas as were quickly sold to individual owners and the Grace Bay Club Hotel has been sold to an outside investor group.
Cabo Blu - San Jose del Cabo
SVC partnered with Snell Realty to purchase a 7.5 acre beachfront parcel just outside of San Jose del Cabo in 2008. The original plan was to develop approximately 75 luxury condominiums with top of line amenities. Understanding the market for luxury condominiums during the economic recession, the partnership chose to hold the land and instead they invested time creating massing and feasibility studies for the site to reposition the land for a three star hotel development. The land parcel is now currently being marketed as an opportunity to build a mid-tier hotel on the beach front property.
Sereno - Riviera Maya, Mexico
SV was hired by a group of US investors to provide pre- development and pre-construction consulting and management services for a proposed beachfront project in Riviera Maya, Yucatan. The project was designed as 5 estate homes, 64 condominiums and a fully amenitized, branded resort to be operated by a 5-star hotel operator. The investor group ultimately chose to dispose of the asset as a land sale as opposed to beginning vertical construction.
Les Saisons - Sun Valley, Idaho
Les Saisons is a private residence resort located in downtown Ketchum on iconic Sun Valley Road. Developed with an eye toward exclusivity, this European-inspired property includes only 12 residences, each of which offers a unique experience in luxury living. The high-end fractional resort style was created with hand-selected furnishings and sculpted marble countertops and carefully crafted cabinetry and soaring ceilings that capture the surrounding mountain vistas.
